Brief description of who you are professionally with concise accomplishments: With over twenty years of experience in commercial banking, I bring a deep expertise across client service, operations and leadership. I have a comprehensive understanding of the entire commercial banking business and consistently serve as a key resource to help teams succeed and deliver results.
Why did I join TWToday and what are you hoping to achieve? One of my colleagues suggested I serve as a mentor at the first annual EmpowerHER Mentoring Event in RI last year. I loved what I saw and heard at the event. Spending time with other executives and emerging leaders was so engaging. Lauren brings a special kind of energy to the room. I left wanting to do more and be more involved with the organization.
One of my most proud professional moments and what are you most looking forward to professionally the next five years: One of my proudest professional milestones has been successfully balancing a fulfilling career while raising a family for the past seventeen years. Navigating the demands of both roles requires resilience, time management and prioritization. I have been able to grow in my career, taking on leadership roles and delivering impactful results, while also being fully present and supportive at home.
Over the next five years, I’m excited to continue exploring new areas. I’m at a point in my career where I bring solid experience and perspective, yet I remain just as motivated to learn and grow as when I started.
What do I do in my “free” time? Spend time with my family I will take any time my 15- and 17-year-olds are willing to spend with me. We all love to travel. When everybody else is busy, I can be found outside doing anything active.
3 core values: Integrity – trust is the foundation of everything. Collaboration – cross-functional teamwork is the key to driving results. People first culture – empowering and engaging people is at the heart of effective leadership
Fun fact: My family and I were on the Family Feud with Steve Harvey.
