Why did I join TWToday and what am I hoping to achieve? I was looking for a place to belong; I found it at TWToday – a genuine network of smart, high-achieving, supportive women who inspire, motivate, challenge and celebrate enthusiastically!

One of my most proud professional moments and what I’m most looking forward to professionally the next five years: One of the proudest moments was when I took the risk of moving from corporate storyteller to a self-employed career empowerment coach—the greatest decision I ever made! My tip: Trust yourself and the process!

I’m looking forward to continuing the journey with clients to new opportunities and learning. I know that learning never ends and that’s the point! I have learned that “growth lives just beyond the edge of what we know” and I want to know more!

What do I do in my “free” time? In my free time, I love spending time with my family, attending live country concerts and being on the water in Rhode Island—it’s so beautiful here in the summer!

My 3 core values: Authenticity: I encourage and coach individuals and leaders to show up as their true selves—leveraging their unique strengths to build trust, align with their purpose and lead with confidence. Growth and discovery: Never stop growing or stand in your own way! Be curious; growth begins with self-awareness. I like moving forward and changing; I help others to discover their potential, embrace learning and pursue continuous development. Empowerment through strengths: Strengths is a game changer. I help empower people and teams by helping them understand and apply their innate strengths, making better decisions, achieving higher performance and building meaningful careers.

Fun fact: I can spot someone’s top Gallup Strengths within 10 minutes of meeting them—and I’m usually right!
