Brief description of who you are professionally with concise accomplishments: I am a partner and financial advisor at Reynders, McVeigh Capital Management. I specialize in working with individuals, families and non-profits to manage their portfolios for long-term growth and sustainability. I provide holistic wealth management that encompasses financial planning and analysis, coordination of tax and estate planning with clients’ tax advisors and estate attorneys, portfolio review and investment strategy development — all designed to help clients achieve their financial goals. I manage a team of financial advisors and mentor employees at the firm. In addition to my client work, I designed and continue to direct our shareholder engagement that complements our research process.
Why did you join TWT and what are you hoping to achieve? As my career has progressed, I am seeking a network of ambitious, like-minded women that can be a resource for questions and ways to give back to young women that are getting started in business. I was fortunate to have many smart women that have mentored and guided me along the years and want to do the same for others.
One of your most proud professional moments and what are you most looking forward to professionally the next five years: I have worked very hard to mentor and coach my team so seeing them effectively give financial advice and speak to my firm’s investment discipline is what I am most proud of professionally. I look forward to growing my book of business and continuing to see my team take on more.
What do you do in your “free” time? Spend time with my husband and three little girls: Nellie, Sophia and Helene. We love the beach, listening and dancing to any music and spending time with our family.
