Professional overview: Being part of Tomorrow’s Women TODAY has reinforced how powerful it is when women lead with clarity, strategy and mutual support. In my current work, I focus on helping senior leaders strengthen execution, decision-making and partnership with their teams. Most recently, I’ve been leading strategy and operations as Executive Director of a research center at Harvard, while also advising executives on time strategy and organizational effectiveness – work that feels especially meaningful as institutions navigate rapid change.
What you’re looking forward to next: I’m excited to continue expanding my executive coaching and advisory work, particularly supporting leaders who are stepping into larger, more complex roles and want to scale their impact without burnout.
Fun fact: I’m a classically trained violinist. Years of practice taught me discipline, listening and the importance of timing – lessons I still carry into my leadership and coaching work today.
