Wendy Kagan is a Certified Leadership Coach with a passion for empowering leaders. As a former CHRO with C-suite experience in strategic leadership, organizational development and marketing. Wendy specializes in guiding individuals and teams through leadership development, helping them to lead with confidence and authenticity. Wendy works with organizations to align HR strategies with business objectives, driving organizational growth and operational excellence through visionary leadership. Wendy received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Michigan and holds a Master of Science in Human Resource Management from NortheasterUniversity in Boston, Massachusetts.
Why did you join TWT and what are you hoping to achieve?
I joined TWT to be part of an amazing organization focused on empowering and lifting women leaders. I wanted to connect and network with women in all stages of their careers and to help to build a path for women seeking leadership roles. I believe being a positive role model and sharing real life experiences can be the some of the most critical teaching and learning tools.
One of my most proud professional moments and what are you most looking forward to professionally the next five years:
I used to think that my proudest moment was becoming a female executive in a male dominated industry was my proudest moment, but truly raising two amazing young adults coupled with starting my own business and pursuing my passion for developing leaders are my proudest moments. Over the next five years, I most look forward to growing my business and meeting and helping women along the way. My goal is to expand my coaching across multiple channels and to start a “What the wek” podcast, giving women a channel to share stories about what they experience as a working woman.
What do you do in my “free” time?
In my free time, I am dedicated to fitness and wellness, I love to read, spend time with family and friends, and travel. I also am little crazy about organizing.
