Brief description of who you are professionally with concise accomplishments:
I have been in the HR field for 20+ years and for last 10 have focused on Total Rewards. I have earned several HR certifications with specialized focus in my field but more so have gained years of experience to help me be the best I can in my roles.
Why did I join TWT and what are you hoping to achieve?
I joined TWT because I was looking for a way to network with like minded individuals locally and working remotely makes this more difficult these days. Immediately upon speaking with Lauren, I knew I had found the exact group I was looking for!
One of my most proud professional moments and what are you most looking forward to professionally the next five years:
aside from earning my certifications, one of my proudest professional moments is receiving a Stevie Award in NYC for my team’s work with my current company, eMoney Advisor, and our Total Rewards offerings and increasing employee engagement. Looking forward to the next 5 years, I am excited to continue to innovate in my company and keep us at the front of our competitive industry and a sought after place to work for our current and future employees.
What do I do in my “free” time?
In my “free” time… what’s that? 😂 I am in the thick of activity life with our 8 year old daughter and loving it all! I try to squeeze in self care time when I can and still play competitive tennis myself. We also love to travel as a family and explore the wide beautiful world around us. Above all though, just love being with my family and friends.

Fun fact: I once slept under the stars in a sleeping bag in the Australian Outback and it was amazing. (Albeit a little buggy)
