Tomorrow’s Women TODAY Mentoring and Leadership Development Programming
Tomorrow’s Women TODAY places a strong emphasis on mentoring as a crucial element of professional career development. Mentoring, whether formal or informal, is a key tenet of our mission. To support this, we offer a range of mentoring programs, including our signature Pay It Forward Pipeline. This is a six-month match mentoring and leadership development program designed to connect our members with industry leaders and peers. Through this program, members gain valuable insights, transfer knowledge, and share experiences in a supportive environment that addresses both personal and professional challenges and successes.
In addition to mentoring, Tomorrow’s Women TODAY is dedicated to providing high-quality professional development opportunities. We have curated leadership development programming and workshops tailored specifically for women. These programs feature women industry experts and coaches from key sectors, offering members women-specific leadership development that equips them with the tools and insights they need to advance in their careers. Our commitment to nurturing leadership through mentoring and development ensures that our members continue to grow and succeed at every stage of their professional journey.
