Current title & company: Founder, Lund Global Coaching & Consulting
Brief description of who you are professionally with concise accomplishments:
I am a performance coach working online globally and between Boston and Paris. Trained as an opera singer and stage performer, I’ve performed for thousands of people and taught college-level performing arts classes before bringing those skills to business leaders.
I still love working with individuals and groups on clarity of speech, positive body language skills and managing nerves through a fun theatre-based approach, yet my primary focus these days is on root-level mindset shifts and developing positive thinking habits as a business strategy.
As a certified Positive Intelligence® coach, I truly found my home helping people to develop strategies to manage the messiness of life with greater resilience and grace, develop healthy conflict and empathy skills at work and at home and learn to collaborate at a much higher level. I feel this is what the world needs now more than anything.
Why did I join TWT and what are you hoping to achieve?
I joined because I was so impressed with Lauren and the energy of everyone in the room at the first event I attended. It was electric, supportive and welcoming. And Lauren had big ideas that I wanted to help her with. I am here to serve and help advance the mission forward in whatever way I am able.
One of my most proud professional moments and what are you most looking forward to professionally the next five years:
The feedback and testimonials that I receive from coaching clients and the honor of being brought into their confidence always gives me great pride and is incredibly humbling. More specifically, I recently received an award at a conference in Paris for the positive impact that I make through my coaching program! I look forward to staying curious and being open to whatever life unfolds for me over the next five years.
What do I do in my “free” time?
I sing in a choir, get outdoors and walk, pretend to garden, get my dog ‘fix’ by inviting neighborhood dogs into my yard for puppy play dates and I volunteer.
3 core values: Empathy, Curiosity, Loyalty
Fun fact: I can give you a few. I went skydiving for my 40th birthday, was in a movie scene with Josh Lucas, worked as a private investigator, delivered singing balloon-o-grams during college and waltzed a woman around a stage while wearing a tuxedo and mustache.
